Emma Nilzen

Currently I work for ManpowerGroup as their RPO Project Manager and Borderless Talent Solutions Manager. The past 5 years I have been focusing on international recruitment of technical competencies.

I have a strong background in technical recruiting and advanced internet sourcing. Boolean logic and recruiting on social media.

I have a strong personal drive to initiate and stay committed until my projects are finished. I have great analytical skills, I enjoy challenging tasks and I work systematically and goal oriented. I am good at encouraging and inspiring my co-workers and to create a good working atmosphere.

Furthermore I have excellent communication skills. I adapt fast in different environments, handle stressful situations well and is able to keep my cool. I work against strict deadlines and time management is one of my key strengths. I am used to handling many tasks at the same time and depend on my excellent structural skills. I like communicating with people on different levels in organizations, from top level to ground level.

I am a graduate from BI Norwegian School of Management and have also studied 2 years in Germany at University of Mannheim and Freie University in Berlin.
