Nim Kibbler

I am currently a student at SRUC/University of Edinburgh undertaking a Bachelors in Environmental Resource Management. With a stint via EU Erasmus programme at Wageningen in the Netherlands.

I work as a consultant occasionally and as a care worker for those with Dementia. Plus volunteer as a director for WWOOF UK and on the management committee for the Grove Community Garden here in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

My interests range from Plants to Soil Biota to Honey Bees. I am on a mission to visit all City Farms in the UK and a few abroad. I love sitting in long grass and growing food and cooking with it.
