I'm a new author. I am a registered nurse. Former pilot. Having worked in high technological enviornments, taught nursing and founded a 501(C)3, I'm trying my hardest to get used to the discipline of sitting, sitting and writing every day. It's very odd to begin a new career in a new paradigm. I went from constantly giving, being overly-obligated, and overly attached to nurturing.

The title of my book is From Sun to Sun. It takes the reader on a non-religious, not dogmatic journey of the last few months of twenty-one of my hospice patients. It was my honor to care for them. Through their suffering, joy, love, humor and generosity, I was inspired to revolutionize the way I lived my life.
