Nina Nguyen

Nina is a medical student from Quebec, trained at the Université de Sherbrooke. Interested in primary care, the aspiring family physician, who hails from an underprivileged neighbourhood of Montréal, strives to become a socially-conscious health care professional. She wishes to pursue, during postgraduate training and beyond, clinical research and a master's degree in public health.
Her past and current involvement in various medical humanities and health communication initiatives, such as the CMAJ Student Humanities Blog and Première Ligne, demonstrates her intersecting interests tailored for a multidimensional practice in family medicine.
