A member of the American Management Association and the Association for Practical and Professional Ethics, Nina Cunningham also interacts with colleagues through such organizations as the Turnaround Management Association, the American Philosophical Association, and the American Association of Law Libraries. Recognized for her expertise in facilitating more effective and financially viable research efforts, she performs regular assessments of law libraries and other research facilities for many of the nation's most respected law firms. Her 30-year-old consulting firm, Quidlibet Research, Inc., also provides law library management services for many of its clients.
In addition to law library oversight, Nina Cunningham advises clients about potential savings in their operating and other organizational budgets. She carefully analyzes existing cost structures, considering such factors as duplication of services, overlapping resources, and possible reduction in expenses for telecommunications, utilities, and other regularly occurring fees. Scrutiny of budgets also leads her to develop strategic mechanisms for billing, caseload organization, and client management. These new processes help create efficiency, reinforce existing customer relationships, and permit increased capitalization on new business prospects.
Nina Cunningham also serves as founder and Managing Partner of FourBridge Partners, LLC, which guides clients through new product launches. In this capacity, she works with organizations in the fields of health care, technology, engineering, and energy research. As a consultant, she helps these companies find investors, develop practices and other operational structures, and implement ideas to facilitate production, marketing, and delivery.
