Nina Hadzic

Currently I am part of an awesome team, basically shaking up the "mother ship" and bringing a different perspective to work. We decided to split up from the local recruitment agency (we still have a caring distance relationship!) and establish our own, a team of multilingual recruiters specialized in international recruitment. We stand for knowledge sharing, continuous development, agility, creativity and having a laugh in the office. I believe that the key to being productive at the workplace is having fun! Fridays are for funny GIFs reflecting our challenges at work!

We’re a relatively small agency competing against the biggest fish in recruitment industry but we love the challenge of convincing top HR Managers to try our services and see the benefits. We’re big enough that we can cover your hiring needs, but we’re small enough that we can offer a personal touch to the recruitment process, particularly candidate experience.

Being part of the team of this "start-up” department within Kolektiv, I am responsible for, well, making people find their jobs and making HR Managers happy with placements. Here is what you should know about me:

I hugely enjoy building our knowledge in different facets of proactive recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition and candidate engagement. There’s nothing like the thrill of knowing my efforts impact candidate’s career path and company’s structure at some point.

In my spear time, I'm petting the nearest dog or cat (…Yes! I am a cat AND dog person!) and searching for bicycle or hiking routs.
