My name is Nina Kalita. I am a curious and enthusiastic professional focused on understanding the customer journey, building and maintaining great relationships, and trying to leave the world a better place.

I currently am looking to make a change in my life, and most recently worked in Customer Success for a startup.

I currently live in Boston, Massachusetts. I have worked in a variety of industries which include financial services, non-profits, technology, media companies, and even an engineering firm. These organizations have ranged in size as have my experiences in each one. I have many interests outside of these industries and am always curious about food, travel and travel. I also keep up with the news, innovations in technology, and the weather - so I always know what to pack.
