Nina Nezarati is a student at Ryerson University where she is studying Creative Industries. Previously she graduated from Richmond Green Secondary School as an Ontario Scholar in 2019.

Nina has always had a passion for music and the arts. She is an avid piano player and also plays the guitar and sings. She has been an actor and singer in a number of musical theatre productions since the age of 8 such as Footloose, A Chorus Line, 13, Legally Blonde, and many more. She gained a lot of experience performing on stage and boosted her confidence as well. She takes pleasure in filming and editing videos as well as choreographing dance moves for her musical theatre colleagues. Nina enjoys volunteering at a number of venues, including at Sunnybrook Hospital's St. John Rehabilitation Centre in her last year of high school.

Nina's interest and fascination in the arts drove her to select her program at Ryerson University and hopes to start her own business in the arts one day. She is potentially interested in pursuing a career in media studies or the film industry. The training she will receive at Ryerson’s Creative Industry program will increase her knowledge in becoming an entrepreneur one day in the creative sectors.
