Nina is described as "The Quiet Storm". A sweet, humble, reserved and quiet demeanored young lady, who can rapidly spit out lyrics with fire and vengeance. At the age of seven, Nina moved to East Orange, NJ, where she studied and played the piano at the Washington Academy of Music. An honor roll student, who held pure, raw talent, as the instructors would tell her mother, Nina always won awards for making her own beats, performing in concerts as a pianist and teaching others to play the piano, By the age of eight, Nina began to write and create her own songs and stories. Recognizing the talent Nina possessed, Nina's mother enrolled her into various training classes which gave her opportunities to model for various print jobs such as: McGraw Hill Science Textbook, Popular Club, K-Mart and Barbie. Nina appeared in two independent films: "Smooth - The Game is Dead" and "Outlaws", and has worked with production teams as a production assistant, set designer and technician for stage lighting. A young music producer noticed Nina’s talent and took her under his wing to help develop her as a young artist but because her writing was to mature for her age, Nina told the producer she wanted to wait until she was eighteen to continue pursuing music so she could say what she wanted. At the age of twelve, Nina’s father was killed in a fatal car accident and, soon after, her grandfather died from a massive heart attack. These setbacks caused Nina to lose interest in entertainment and she became very rebellious. Nina meandered through high school with no interest in entertainment. After graduating Colonia High School, Nina left NJ and attended Arts Institute in Dunwoody, GA. While attending Arts Institute, Nina recovered her desires and passions of modeling and music. It was there she realized it was time to keep the promise she had made to herself as a young girl, "...to pursue her dreams.”
