I am a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Hunter College. I specialize in theraputic diets and personalized menu planning. My current interests include: sustainable farming, nutrtion labeling and food safety.

I beleive in the benefits of healthy diet and excercise in our lives.

I am fluently bilingual in Russian & English languages.
