Nadirrah Ingram

My name is Nadirrah Ingram and I am a 22 year old senior currently attending North Carolina Central University Majoring in Child Development and Family Relations. I currently am employed at Morrisville Square Creative Schools as a Pre-K teacher. I am originally from Newark NJ and grew up in the inner city. Every morning I wake up I am grateful because I know where I have come from, and I also know where I am going! I chose to major in Child Development and Family Relations because I love helping people and stimulating the minds of todays youth with Education. Growing up in the inner city I have seen first hand the troubles of life tear people away from the only way out, a healthy mind. I have always loved to learn and wish now that I would have had a teacher that really pushed me to be all that I could be back then, and made learning fun. That is my goal as a teacher, to make learning fun, relatable, and memorable. I believe building relationships with my students will show them love and support in anything they choose to do. My overall calling in Teaching is to have someone look back on their life and say "I remember Ms. Ingram, she was AWESOME"!
