Nir Zeer

About Me

Nir Zeer is a successful real estate developer, investor, entrepreneur and active philanthropist. Born in Israel, Nir began his career in his father’s plumbing business where the company renovated thousands of housing units for the Government and the private sector. In 2002, , while getting his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance, Nir Zeer began his real estate career by buying his house property in Brooklyn, NY before founding a real estate development and investment firm. Nir Zeer is the founder and CEO of Danrich, a New York-based real estate development and investment firm. Nir is also involved with numerous charitable organizations, amongst them, his personal commitment to helping many of the synagogues located in Hollywood, Florida.

Professional Achievements

In 2002, Nir founded Danrich, a New York State Investment Company, which later became Danrich Development, where he held the position of founder and managing partner from 2002-2007. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation and conversion of single family, multi-family residential and commercial properties, and was formed by pooling approximately $5 million to acquire its first property. The company recently acquired a pool of non performing mortgages in New York State as well as Florida which he successfully liquidated in the last two years. In 2004, Nir Zeer along with his father opened a real estate management company in Syracuse NY were they successfully acquired, renovated, and managed over 100 units including single family, multi family as well as retail space. In 2007, he launched his the real estate brokerage business, Danrich Family Homes, LLC. Since its inception, the company has listed and sold either directly, or with partners, more than 400 properties valued in excess of $100 million.

A creative thinker when it comes to developing projects and acknowledged by his peers, Nir Zeer was awarded the “2006 Visionary Development Award” by the New York Developers & Builders Alliance Association.Philanthropic Activities

Involved in numerous philanthropic activities in his community, Nir Zeer is committed to charitable causes, mostly recently with a donation to the Eliyahu Hanavi Sephardic Congregation, a nonprofit community educational organization that helps bring the community closer through various activities and teachings to the Hollywood Florida community. Proceeds was used to convert an existing warehouse into a new building which is used for various activities as well as bringing the community closer. Among his other philanthropic involvements, Nir is a strong supporter of Shuva Israel in New York City.
