Professional Qualification I am a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (‘ICAI’). Post Qualification I have also successfully completed the Certificate Course on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) conducted by the ICAI. Academics I have completed my graduation in B. Com (Hons) with Major in Accountancy from Gauhati University. Current Engagements I have started my own proprietary firm – M/s Ghorawat & Co (Chartered Accountants) at Surat (Gujarat) in the September 2009. My Principal Areas of Professional Interest are: Indian Direct Taxes, Audit, IFRS – Accounting Consultancy, Information Technology. I have been speaking in the CPE Conferences of ICAI.
