"Addictive brands that augment product value and have enduring appeal, are only ever built by marrying commercial imperatives with creativity, and this is what I do best. Everything I do is informed by my three core disciplines: identity, expression & engagement."
Nirojan is an entrepreneur and creative strategist experienced in brand management, original IP development, content production, and digital product strategy and innovation across international markets including Australia, U.S., LatAm, South East Asia, Dubai, and India.
As a former merit scholar and law school college dropout, Nirojan's pursuit of an entrepreneurial pathway led him to co-found and successfully exit multiple tech startups in his twenties, including: the online media and technology company ‘Tagroom’, where he served as COO and grew to over 3.5 million monthly users, before it was acquired by a New York based, NASDAQ-listed tech company in 2014; and SaaS technology company ‘Simble’, where he served as CCO, which had its IPO on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 2018. He has also co-produced and served as the Executive Producer on the ‘GI3’ documentary film (now on Netflix), which debuted at #1 and #3 on the Google Play and iTunes global charts, respectively.
Nirojan also co-founded the 'Blepharoplasty Australia' Masters' Symposium in conjunction with the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery in 2011. The multidisciplinary surgical conference is hosted triennially in Sydney, Australia, and sees over 200 leading plastic, oculoplastic, and facial plastic surgeons from around the world - gather over three days to discuss exciting advances and innovations in this highly specialised surgical field.
Nirojan commercialised new IP, developed custom technology, and produced original content and native advertising campaigns for brands, including: Red Bull, Generation Iron, Mike Tyson, Corona Extra, South Australia Tourism, The Australian Open, Canon, Intel, KPMG, and Disney.
Most recently, he co-founded Culture Shock Studios: A Next-Gen Content Production Studio & Brand Accelerator; and Hatch[This]: Startup Venture Labs.
