Hi There ! My name is Nischitha & I'm the writer/creator behind The Krafty Kitchen. Been brought up in a fully-fledged family environment, I was the most pampered little cherub & mom's favourite ! Hardly I got any luck to put my hands on fire. But was indeed on my kitchen toys playing around all the day pretending real cooking, tossing, serving :) However my inspiration to cook, bake, explore and innovate new flavours & shades started only after my early years of marriage ! And all the big credit goes to my Hubby Dear !

Yes, my husband was my true inspiration and a guide to primitive cooking. Being a traveller's wife, I was put to no option but to try and try situation. I learnt many daily doses of Indian cooking from my mom, mother-in-law, hubby and experimented with high dedication. Our transfers to many countries across the world paved way for me to get globalize & understand their authentic cuisines.
