I am a classically trained Chef, who studied at Johnson & Wales University, to further my natural passion for food. I embarked on my journey in 2016 as a private chef & caterer. After traveling and cooking across the country in places such as Vegas, Phoenix, & cities all across North Carolina, I am now currently living in & serving the Raleigh-Durham & Triangle areas.

My cuisine offers a unique experience for each client as my specialties range from plant centered Afro-Caribbean metals to Asian fusion dishes that strike the delicate balance between healthy & scrumptious.

As of January 2023, I am now a Soma-Institute Certified Wellness Coach. I am currently pursuing certifications in herbal and holistic healing which I incorporate into my services. I assist clients in everything from hormone balancing, to weight management, to diet transitioning, and meal planning.
