Nitin Gupta is a Broker Associate with Competitive Edge Realty in Dallas-Fort Worth, TREC License #0668540. A DFW resident since 2003 and practicing since 2016, he has closed more than 480 transactions including over 300 new construction purchases, representing $250M+ in career volume, and works directly with 50+ homebuilders across the metroplex.

He holds the CRS, GRI, CLHMS, ALHS, ABR, SRS, SRES, e-PRO, PSA, MRP, TRLS and TRPM designations. D Magazine named him a Best REALTOR® in 2020, 2023 and 2024, and he received the Broker Agent Advisor Best Broker Agent Award in 2023 and 2024.

He holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and an MS in Technology Management from the OGI School of Science and Engineering.
