Nitin Khanna is the CEO of Mergertech, a Mergers and Acquisitions consulting firm that works closely with tech entrepreneurs to grow revenue through its domain experience, quality relationships, and global platform.
Khanna began his career at International Paper in 1993 as a Manufacturing Engineer. He then went on to work for Oracle as a Senior Consultant. In 1998, he founded Saber Corp with his brother. The pair grew Saber to be the largest singular provider of state government solutions in the US with a revenue of $120 MM. The company sold for four times that value.
Aside from work, Nitin Khanna is on several boards including Freewire Broadband, Vendscreen, the Classic Wines Auction, TiE Oregon and advises over six companies in the digital cloud, social media, and mobile spaces. Since it's legalization in Oregon, Khanna has been investing in the Cannabis industry since 2014. The cannabis market is a $100BB industry and continually growing.
Nitin Khanna is passionate about music, film, and art. He is credited with the production of films, "Terms and Conditions May Apply" and "What Lies Upstream." After attending Burning Man with friends one year, Khanna pursued an interest in Deejaying. He also has created his own line of world class wines called Oregon Pinot Noir and Four Handle.
