Nitin Verma

Having worked with multiple companies and public agencies over the past 14 years, Nitin Verma has experience in investment performance, supply change analysis, and other areas. A former compliance analyst at the State Board of Administration, Nitin Verma reviewed new investment acquisitions and specialized in pension plan assets.

He was responsible for evaluating risk while ensuring that investments achieved their benchmarks. Overseeing external investment managers, Mr. Verma performed operational due diligence checks to manage risk. He would subsequently prepare reports that included improvement recommendations and any potential concerns.

After leaving the firm, Nitin Verma joined A-1 Business Systems, where he serves as chief operating officer. Alongside evaluating staff, he plans commercial sales functions and oversees their implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance by preparing the required reports and other duties.

A Tallahassee Community College alumnus, Mr. Verma graduated with an associate’s degree in business administration before pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at Flagler College. He is a certified fraud examiner and certified investments and derivatives auditor.
