Born and brought up in Mumbai, I am an incurable optimist who leads life by the day, taking my chances when things begin stagnating. Being a judicious but a fond eater, I zestfully bite on the road side Vada Pav with green chillies, as much as I relish the exquisite Chicken Bhuna Masala at Sheetal Bukhara. While the Kishore kumar hits are reassuring of my Indian roots, the western music sparks off ambivalent reactions in me. Catching up on my dose of movies all by myself is as stress busting as biking, driving, dancing or humming the night away with friends.

Mumbai being a cosmopolitan city helps me relate to the stories of a Taxi driver in Hindi, an office boy in Marathi and a Managing Director in English, with equal ease.

Wonder if I will be entertained on writing any further.
