Nitti Shahera

Puan Nitti Shahera is an Accredited HRDC Trainer and a Certified Professional Image Consultant (CPIC) accredited by the Professional Image Consultants Academy. With a wealth of experience in image management and training since 2015, she has successfully conducted programs such as Image Enhancement, Business Etiquette, and Customer Service Management, showcasing her expertise and professional credibility.

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Open University Malaysia (OUM), blending her academic knowledge with practical industry experience. Puan Nitti Shahera began her career at YTL e-Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Nestle Products Sdn. Bhd., before joining the Kuala Lumpur City Hall in 2010, where she became known for her attention to detail and expertise in image management.

Puan Nitti Shahera was entrusted with designing the uniforms for the front-line service team. She was also appointed to train this team, ensuring they developed strong personal presentation and customer service skills.

With a core belief in taking the initiative, being proactive, and staying positive, Puan Nitti Shahera has earned trust and credibility, which led to her involvement in conducting the ‘Self-Presentation and Interpersonal Skills’ program under the company of renowned Malaysian motivational speaker, Dato' Dr. Haji Mohd Fadzilah Kamsah.
