I am Mr. Nitumani Sarmah, an Associate Professor and Certified MuleSoft Developer (Level 1) & Certified Mulesoft Associate with 13+ years of experience in higher education teaching, technical training, and enterprise integration. I am currently serves as Academic Counsellor at IGNOU Guwahati Regional Centre, where I teach Data Science, AI/ML, Python, Web Development, Data Structure & Algorithms etc.
I am Pursuing a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Gauhati University and also got selection for ACM Anveshan Setu 2025 Fellow at IIT Kharagpur. My research focuses on Responsible-AI, Large Language Models(LLM), Vision-Language Models(VLM), Sentiment Analysis, and NLP. I have published multiple journal papers, presented at national conferences, and contributed book chapters.
Passionate about bridging academia and industry, I mentor students on real-world projects and drives innovation in AI and API-led connectivity.
