'Niyi Shodunke's expertise in design, branding, and entrepreneurship was cultivated during his years at Yaba College of Technology, where he earned National and Higher National Diplomas (OND/HND) in Graphic & Industrial Design.

In 2002, he founded AD CONCEPTS, a passion-driven agency that leverages his design acumen to deliver cross-sector creative solutions, establishing it as a full-service brand management consultancy specialising in strategic storytelling and market differentiation.

Shodunke's legacy is rooted in his ability to translate creative vision into measurable business impact, earning him the distinction of Nigeria’s premier Brand Alchemist. This expertise, combined with his dynamic skill set, led to the establishment of THE BRAND ALCHEMIST, an agency designed to adapt to the evolving brand management and creative strategy landscape driven by artificial intelligence.

A certified Brand Manager, Shodunke has garnered certificates from esteemed universities worldwide. He is also an honorary Doctorate Degree holder - PhD (hc) in marketing communications.
