I’m an Operations and Business Performance professional who bridges people, process and data to turn complex operational environments into measurable performance.

With experience spanning Operations Management, MIS & Business Intelligence, Campaign Management, Contact Centre Leadership and Project Management, I’ve built my career around one core principle: good decisions come from understanding both the people behind the numbers and the numbers behind the business.

Most recently, I served as a Campaign Manager at P3 People, where I was responsible for driving campaign performance, analysing operational data, monitoring KPIs and conversion metrics, identifying performance gaps, and turning insights into practical actions that improved results.

My experience in MIS and analytics has strengthened my ability to transform raw operational data into meaningful business intelligence. I’ve developed and managed performance reports, dashboards, trend analysis and reporting solutions that give leadership teams clearer visibility into performance and help them make informed decisions.

Alongside analytics, I bring hands-on experience in people leadership and operational management — developing teams, managing performance, improving processes, supporting client and customer experience, and ensuring operational targets translate into sustainable results.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across sales, insurance, contact centres, campaign operations, project environments and business performance, giving me a broad understanding of how people, processes, technology and commercial objectives need to work together.
