I build companies, products and institutions that help people and organizations grow.

I’m the Founder & CEO of Toolyt, an enterprise SaaS platform helping field teams work smarter, collaborate better and drive measurable productivity. Toolyt is used by organizations ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies across 20+ countries.

I’m also the founder of Acadle, a learning management platform built around a simple idea: knowledge should be easy to create, share and scale. Acadle helps businesses train employees, onboard customers and build stronger brands, serving thousands of customers across more than 100 countries.

But entrepreneurship, for me, has never been only about software.

I’m deeply involved in education and institution-building as Chairman of Modern Education & Charitable Trust, where I work on creating better learning environments and opportunities for the next generation.

That experience has shaped the way I think about technology, business and leadership.

Building software and building a school may look like two completely different things. To me, they are fundamentally the same challenge: understanding people, designing systems, creating opportunities and building something that can grow beyond you.

Over the past decade, my work has taken me across entrepreneurship, product development, digital transformation, marketing and business development. Along the way, Toolyt and Acadle have been recognized and supported through programs and organizations including NASSCOM, FICCI, IBM Global Entrepreneurship Network, Facebook's FbStart, Texas University and Malaysia's MaGIC.

I’ve also been fortunate to be recognized through startup competitions and acceleration programs, including being a Top 20 finalist in the CitiBank Global Challenge.

Today, another part of my journey is taking shape: public speaking.

As a TEDx Speaker, I enjoy sharing ideas around entrepreneurship, technology, education, leadership, opportunity and the lessons that come from building things from the ground up.

I’m particularly interested in the space where technology meets human potential—how we can use technology not simply to automate work, but to create better businesses, better learning experiences and better opportunities for people.

A little more about me

I started my professional journey in technology and gradually moved deeper into entrepreneurship, product development, marketing and business leadership.

Today, I find myself working across seemingly different worlds—technology, education, entrepreneurship and public speaking.

And I’ve come to believe that they are not different worlds at all.

They are different ways of answering the same question:

How do we create something that makes people better?

That is the work I want to keep doing.
