Mark Divak

Mark Divak is considered to be a Premiere Builder in the Northern New Jersey area with a multitude of experience in project management as well as hands on building with over 25 years of experience. Mark graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Green Mountain College and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Before joining his father Leonard at Leonard Builders he gained experience from working in various trade verticals like Framing, Electricity, Plumbing, Masonry, Custom Trimming, Cabinetry, Tiling and Land Survey Engineering. Mark has personally constructed and managed over 100 custom homes ranging from 3,000 to over 15,000 sq.ft. in the Northern New Jersey area. Mark has been happily married for over 17 years with 2 beautiful daughters. There is no construction challenge that can’t be overcome with Mark’s vast experience in home building. Mark currently resides in Oakland, New Jersey in a sizable subdivision he himself constructed amongst his many satisfied clients.
