Emihle Njeje
Student and Tutor in Johannesburg
Hello, my name is Asekho Emihle Njeje. I am a student at the University of Johannesburg, pursuing my STEM Education honours. I am also a qualified English and Computer Applications Technology (CAT) teacher. My teaching philosophy is founded on the notion that true learning can not occur without love. Therefore, I aim to create a classroom environment that allows students to engage in true dialogue underpinned by love, humility and trust. This will also enhance their self-efficacy, a significant component in online learning. During my spare time, I enjoy reading and trying new recipes. I particularly enjoy reading African Literature, and one of my favourite novels is Joys of Motherhood. My favourite dishes to make are Bolognese and Lasagna.
