Nick Joosten

Mr. Joosten is the Executive Vice President and National Leader for the Project and Development Services unit (“PDS”) of Jones Lang LaSalle Canada. In this capacity, Mr. Joosten is responsible for establishing and execution of the strategic direction of the business.

Mr. Joosten is also the Chief Operating Officer within the global practice with responsibility for ensuring that the Canadian operations is consistent with the corporate direction resulting in similar processes and results across the world. He has profit and loss responsibility for the unit and is responsible for driving the strategy and growth of the organization. He also has responsibility for business development, relationship management for the firm’s clients seeking project management services, and ensures that the firm’s clients receive outstanding performance from the organization. Mr. Joosten is recognized for his ability to deliver successful projects for clients through strong leadership while building strategic partnerships.
