Enock Nkulanga is a leadership and organization development practitioner who strongly believes in the power of young people to bring about the change they want to see in their communities and countries. He was recognized by President Barack Obama in 2018 during the Mandela Lecture as one of the young people doing the hard work that is transforming their communities. He enjoys building ideas from the ground-up and being involved in initiatives that support communities and young people to become more resilient. Enock was recognized by the former President of the United States, Barack Obama in 2018 as he delivered the Mandela Lecture.

He works in Eastern Africa in youth leadership development. Since 2015, Enock worked as the National Director for African Children's Mission, a non-profit organization with operations in Uganda and Kenya empowering vulnerable Children through education. He is educating the next generation of young leaders in Africa and beyond who will lead guided by values and principles.

Having grown up in this part of the World from a young age, Mr.Nkulanga has witnessed firsthand the stifling effects of poverty that prevent individuals and communities from overcoming their holistic development challenges. Burdened by this challenge in our modern world, his heart has been led to work that helps others gain opportunities to experience more personal growth, exercise more of their inherent potential, and become more empowered in fulfilling their purpose in life.

That is what led him to found LeadMinds Africa, a non-profit organization that engages and equips young people with leadership based skills so that they can build, champion and drive Africa ahead.

He volunteers his spare time as a Global Youth Ambassador at TheirWorld advocating and campaigning for Children's rights to education globally.

Enock is also a Mandela Institute for Development Studies alumni with a strong conviction that Africa's future is dependent on the quality of emerging young leaders.

In addition, his work has been featured on different platforms like Newspapers and National Television.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and has been working in the Non-profit sector in senior management and leadership positions since 2013 in the East African region between the Countries of Rwanda and Uganda. He has travelled around East Africa, Africa and the World.
