Natalie Choi

Natalie went to the University of Southern California (USC) to pursue a career in public accounting. While on board for various accounting organizations, she worked in liaison with one of the Big 4, Ernst & Young, to give more visibility to underrepresented groups on campus. By recruiting more diverse students, Natalie managed to increase total membership by 40% with higher retention rates throughout the semesters.

With the EY diversity grant, those students were given a more equal opportunity to network with accounting professionals from mid-tiers to the Big 4 accounting firms through our exclusive corporate events and also helped them gain personal knowledge into the accounting world to see which path would best fit for them. With Natalie's charismatic personality and with her implementing a tight-knit mentorship program with our executive board, students in Accounting Society felt more engaged and weekly attendance by students doubled.

Natalie is now working with medical device companies, where she helps top engineering and marketing talent advance their career with her industry knowledge and vast network. She introduces candidates to hidden market opportunities with the industry's most exciting firms from small startups to the largest multi-national organizations, like Johnson & Johnson, Abiomed, & Boston Scientific. Her areas of expertise are: R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Systems, & Regulatory.
