Nicole is the mom to two brilliant and beautiful daughters. She is a fierce mental health advocate and volunteers her time with numerous non profits that focus on mental health. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Stigma Fighters as the Assistant VP of Operations.

Nicole is the founder of The Lithium Chronicles, a mental health support and awareness page on Facebook and has now started a blog detailing her own journey at thelithiumchronicles.org

Nicole writes a weekly column for Psych Central called Embracing Balance where she focuses on living well with mental illness.

Nicole believes in compassion, empathy and second chances. The way to change the world is through small random acts of kindness.
