Prior to setting up Total Krav Maga, I spent 14 years in the British Army and left in 2003 from the now 'Royal' Army Physical Training Corps (RAPTC). I'm also a qualified fitness personal trainer and sports therapist. Today my work includes being part of Krav Maga Global's International Training Team (the largest professional Krav Maga organisation in the world) and one of the highest graded Krav Maga instructors in the UK. I also run my own business along with my 3 trusted instructors. Between us we offer the highest level of professional Krav Maga training & classes across London & Thames Valley. My current direction is spending an increasing amount of time working in the fields of Fight Choreography, Screen Combat Acting and Motion Capture (MOCAP) for film, Console Games or TV productions.
