Training Consultancy, Training needs analysis, training design and delivery to large organisations, most recently the MoD and Shell.

I am also interested in Swimming, I am a volunteer Triathlon Coach at my local club Zoom Tri. Specialising in pool and Sea swimming. The club has a great atmosphere and some awesome age group athletes that are a pleasure to work with.

In what little spare time I have I spend with my wife and two young boys, it's a fun place in our house, or I am catching up with the lads over a beer. I also enjoy the 6 Nations Rugby supporting Scotland and cheering on any British sports athlete.
