Nodir Mirsaid

CA, Sacramento

I'm a classic startupper.

My entrepreneurship started when I was 14. At the age of 16 I had my small business which I successfully sold after 1 year of operation.

When I was 18 I worked in UzInvestProject - the biggest Uzbekistan national investment company.

Our main goal was to attract the foreign investment and support the investor. We got the foreign investment and built businesses for the investors. Having built a hotel and a couple of business centers, we got a reputation of the most prospective young team.
We believed in ourselves and left probably the best work places in our country to engage in a startup.

We had a rich experience in the investment, but zero experience in IT sphere.
To gain this experience we paid from our own pockets during these 3 years. Then we finally managed to pass the death valley and to grow from a 3-person team to a big startup - Modera.co

With a seed stage investment of $500k and a team organically built in 3 years.
Currently I'm 22, I'm a co-founder of Modera.co. And these are my first big steps in IT business. My objective is to create a stable business capable of delivering high-quality service to the users and of changing the industry in a good way.

If you're interested in working together I will gladly answer all your questions.
