Noah Karn is an accomplished professional in the insurance and public policy sector, currently serving as Vice President of the Insurance Federation of Pennsylvania. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he is a 2011 graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a degree in political science. He furthered his education at Northwestern University, obtaining a degree in public policy in 2015.

With a strong background in policy analysis and industry advocacy, Noah plays a key role in shaping insurance policy and regulatory initiatives in Pennsylvania.
