Noah Landow

I’m Noah Landow, founder of Macktez, a technology consulting firm that helps innovative organizations navigate complex technical and organizational change. For over two decades, I’ve worked with nonprofits, startups, and creative companies to build thoughtful systems, strong teams, and long-term strategies that put people first.

Beyond technology, I’m deeply involved in leadership and cultural institutions, serving as Board President of UnionDocs and as a founding board member of The Victorian Web Foundation. My work blends technology, strategy, creativity, and human understanding to help organizations grow with clarity and purpose.

Outside of work, I study and teach traditional Japanese martial arts, explore design and craftsmanship, and pursue creative projects rooted in curiosity, culture, and lifelong learning.
