A former professionally ranked tennis player, Noah Springer has completed studies at the National Personal Training Institute in Waltham, Massachusetts. He received certification as a personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine upon fulfilling 200 hours of instruction in nutrition and conducting 200 hours of fitness training. Committed to health and fitness, Noah Springer adheres to a vegetarian diet and engages in a variety of athletic activities, including weight lifting, skiing, and running in road and trail races.

Active in youth development within the Grafton, Massachusetts, community, Noah Springer has served as a den leader for the local Boy Scouts troop. He has also given his time as a coach for his son’s T-ball and soccer teams. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, Mr. Springer volunteers at Millbury Street Elementary School to teach the before-school exercise and nutrition program BOKS (Build Our Kids’ Success).

Experienced in diverse fields, Noah Springer worked for two years as a licensed realtor for Keller Williams before attending Kaplan University and graduating summa cum laude with a BS in psychology. He enjoys spending his free time playing guitar, listening to music, and traveling with his family.
