Coupled with a postgraduate degree from The University of Sydney and over ten years of experience in the areas of Business Process Management, Customer Expectation Management, Change Management, Project Management & Digital Social Media; I have broad based multi-industry experience with government and private companies such as Dubai Customs, Gulf News, Procter & Gamble, amongst several others in UAE & abroad.
These have enriched my leadership, communication and analytical skills as I have managed and led large teams for corporate projects and consistently achieved objectives of bringing about cost savings, time savings & establishing governance controls.
From time to time, I’ve been invited to give public talks on my areas of expertise and have been commended for providing an informative session. I hope to publish a book on Business Process & Customer Expectation Management in the near future.
