Nobody Important

Uncertainty is a good fuel for my search engine; it helps me find the next thing that I don't know about. I'm okay with not knowing answers. My focus is on asking mindful questions.

Some of the best ways I spend my time: cooking, playing with my dogs, lifelong learning, gardening, renovating our very old [but charming] house, meditating, exercising, and listening to music.

Some of the worst ways I spend my time: worrying, and trying to fix things that are not in my control.

People whose work inspires me: Joseph Campbell, Protagoras, Pythagoras, Phidias, Elvis Costello, Rosalind Franklin, Pelé, Robert Sapolsky, Billie Holliday, both Stephen Hawking and Leonard Susskind, Ted Williams, and Sojourner Truth.
