Nobody's Angel

I am a Writer/Author/Blogger. I am a twice divorced single mother raising two beautiful young girls. I am also a recovering drug addict (pills, Meth & cocaine) and I used to have a pretty bad drinking habit too but I wouldn't call myself an alcoholic. I have been writing my own poetry since I was old enough to write Roses are Red, Violets are Blue. I began to write short stories in school when a teacher inspired me by believing in me and my talent enough to push me. He helped fuel my imagination to new heights. Through my darkest times it has been the pen and paper that has always pulled me through. With it I can always be more open & honest than with my closest friend or companion. There was a time in my life I forgot how much writing meant to me & I laid the pen down. These were very dark and lonely years. Finally at what seemed my darkest hour a spark of hope found its way back into my life and I began writing again. I spend my free time now writing, trying to educate others about living with a Mental illness while raising a Mentally ill child. It isn't always easy. Sometimes I wonder if I am on the right Path. But I put my Faith in the Lord to lead me and He never Leads me astray. Our lives are sometimes crazy, usually chaotic but always lovable and never dull.
