I've been with Goodwill of Central Arizona for four years and have 20 years of experience as the head of human resources in various industries. I've worked directly for CEOs and with Boards to deliver business strategies and significant improvements in human resources management for growing companies.

I also serve as President of the Senior Human Resources Executive Council, a SHRM affiliate, and as Vice President of the Arizona Total Rewards Association.
