I am an IT professional with 15 years experience of designing, delivering and supporting online software solutions. Managing client relationships and internal development teams.

I am methodology agnostic - I take an agile state of mind into a project, not a rule book. PRINCE 2, DSDM, Scrum, Kanban, XP... all have their place, the key to success is knowing which one (or mixture) to use to meet the needs of the client, project and development teams.

Whatever the method, I am passionate about designing and delivering effective, efficient and innovative solutions and generating collaborative and productive working relationships within a project team.

When I am not working, I like to remind myself of the futility of a rigid plan when one of your external factors is large and uncertain, by heading out into the British weather with my camera.
