Noe Delia

I am Noe Delia born in Haiti raise in the United States of America, graduated in Business Administration. I have worked as an ESL teacher for two years, I have also been a supervisor at a call center Stream Global Services since 2 years. I wrote a book about my experience living in Santo Domingo, regarding the Bilateral relationship with Haiti. I speak fluent Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
