My name is Noel A. Bednaz and I am a cyber stalking victim. I was first victimized in the year 2000 by a vindictive and highly unstable Internet stalker named Dennis. He has hunted me online like I'm some sort of prey and he has deliberately set out to ruin my reputation simply because he thinks he has the right to. In addition, he has falsely labeled ME as the stalker when in fact, it's the other way around completely. As a result of his blatant abuse, I was forced to move from my former home to someplace safer, I can no longer use my birth name in public and instead I have to use my alternate name, I have been forced to defend myself to others who have bought my stalker's lies, and I'm now forced to use extreme measures offline to protect what little privacy that my stalker hasn't stolen from me yet. All of this could have been avoided if only my stalker would leave me alone. He has enlisted the help of others to aid him in his libelous campaign against me and if I so much as have a slight disagreement with someone online, they run to my stalker and are granted instant "victim" status regardless of the fact that THEY started the disuptes. So in a nutshell, I no longer have the luxury of being a private citizen like most other people because my stalker and his helpers have made a public spectacle out of me for cheap thrills. I'm the subject of a libelous website created by my stalker, a false "Rip-Off Report" written by someone on his team, and juvenile blogs which were written to further victimize me. There is not a shred of truth being displayed on those pages but my stalker and his team continue to pass the lies off as facts. The main things that give my stalker credibility in the eyes of others are some outdated court dockets that he uses to portray me as a criminal even though I am a law abiding citizen. He obtained these dockets under false pretenses by writing to the court in my jurisdiction at the time and claming that I was stalking him even though I was NOT. Despite the fact that I was NEVER guilty of the offenses in the dockets and all but 2 of the bogus charges were dismissed, my stalker continues to use them to further his cause.
