I’m a graduate of AB English Language in the University of Southeastern Philippines last school year 2012-2013. I’ve managed to experience professionalism and maturity during the span of my entity as a scholar. Seeking a career that would both innovate and mold my character is my impetus. Also, I want to establish a career that would not only help me financially, but also career-wise. With all these details laid upon, I can highly recommend myself to be part of your company in mounting and founding your goals. As you can conceive in my résumé, I’ve worked as a government staff in Social Security System or also known as SSS as well as a Call Center Agent (2013-2015) with the position of Technical Chat Support (Escalation Group). With the experiences I had, I was able to perceive my capability of building rapport to the client/people that I encountered. I also managed to enhance my skills in typing, troubleshooting, encoding and arranging files orderly. I was good and was even commended by one of our authorized staffs in the institution. My interrelation skills and ability to communicate well, especially in the English Language, are the factors/key that would absolutely help in achieving your company’s goal.
