Noel lives on the cutting edge of social activism, non-profit management, and team leadership.

He has ten years of experience in executive level leadership in several sectors, including non-profits, public agencies, and private tech sectors.

Throughout the last seven years of his career, Noel's passion for ending modern day slavery has led him to serve as the Statewide Anti-Trafficking Coordinator for the Florida Department of Children and Families, chairman of the Treasure Coast Anti-Trafficking Coalition and the Executive Director of Redeem the Shadows. He has led teams of abolitionists both nationally and internationally to inspire action to end modern-day slavery. Noel is currently the CEO and anti-trafficking expert at M1: Zero. M1: Zero provides technology to fight human trafficking.

Noel lives his life by one quote by Edmund Burke "all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing". He believes that we can make a tangible difference in ending modern-day slavery.

Noel continues to cultivate the relationship between his passion for social justice and his entrepreneurial business savvy with his recently developed social justice platform, Serve Square. Serve Square acts as a platform for communities to share their needs and to connect them with resources and volunteers to meet those needs.

Noel seeks to make a tangible difference in the world around him, not only by directly helping victims of trafficking but also by investing in the lives of children and families through writing. He recently, together with his sister, co- wrote an illustrated children’s book about generosity called The Star Givers.

With the experience he has gained over the course of his career and his constant pursuit of new experiences and opportunities, Noel is now venturing into yet another field: public speaking and life coaching. Through his life coaching company, The Purpose Firm, Noel is actively accepting speaking engagements at colleges throughout the state Florida. His topics range from goal setting for the Christian to entrepreneurial advice for the budding business student.

Noel has been featured for his efforts in Stuart Magazine, Religion Today, Good News Magazine, The Town Mag, Luminaries, and other notable publications. Noel has also made guest appearances on TBN and Moody Radio.
