Noël Kepler is a Crisis Communications professional working as the VP, Global Communications Strategist for an international non-profit based in New York. As a life-long activist and thought leader in crisis management, communications and community engagement, Noël assists organizations and communities with crisis communications planning and readiness. She also maintains a regular public speaking schedule, is a guest lecturer at several colleges and universities in the North East, and currently has a small coaching practice in Brooklyn, where she helps executives develop their communication and public speaking skills.

For the last 20 years, Noël has worked across public sector, private sector and most recently, the non-profit space. Projects include everything from community organizing for neighborhood disaster readiness, to political campaign messaging and communications, to coordinating with foreign principles for the implementation of global strategies across government and other key stakeholder organizations.

Her true passion is helping people achieve better communication skills. Noël serves as a mentor for college students and entry level professionals, is a practicing trainer, teacher and coach, and works directly with leaders up and down the org chart.

Noël is a 2011 Disaster Science Fellow (FAcEM) of the Emergency Management Academy, holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and has a Bachelor Degree in Organizational Behavior. She holds active memberships in the Project Management Institute (PMI), the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), is a founding member of the International Network of Women in Emergency Management (inWEM) and has recently been inducted into the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
