Noel Khalil founded Columbia Residential in 1991 and serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. His work is focused on creating affordable housing for seniors and lower-income families. Through Columbia Residential he has built thousands of housing units in the Atlanta, Georgia area. He is proud to have helped play a role in revitalizing New Orleans housing stock after Hurricane Katrina struck in 2005.
