Noelle Roy was born in 1986 to Roslyn and Andrew. Diagnosed with Apert Syndrome, a condition that affects 1 in every 200,000 births, her parents refused to let her condition define her life. A free spirit and sense of adventure has guided her all over the world from the coasts and mountains of the Philippines to the saddle mounted elephants of Thailand, Burma and Chiangmai and the cathedrals and architecture of Germany and Italy. Always one for the outdoors she is an avid hiker, rainbow tree hunter and ocean lover. She dabbled in photography in high school but attended the prestigious FIDM school in Los Angeles for graphic design, being accepted by her portfolio alone. Family business brought her home before she could finish but photography would call to her again in 2013. She now attends the Art Institute and is constantly shooting and scouting locations on the Big Island of Hawai’i, where she lives with her little sister and 11 dogs.
