During a worldwide tour, Noel spoke to audiences ranging from students to business professionals in forty different cities spanning across twelve countries and three continents to give a message of hope and change that is powered by action.

He lives his life by one quote by Edmund Burke "all it takes for evil to prevail is for good people to do nothing" and believes that it is within our capabilities to make a real, tangible difference in the world. Living out his life quote, Noel put himself right in harms way by acting undercover to gather video and information about human trafficking victims. He works as an expert in anti-human trafficking consulting Attorney General Pam Bondi, Glenn Beck, Rep. William Snyder, Department of Children and Family Services, and local law enforcement agencies.

Founder and President of Redeem the Shadows, Noel leads the organization to passionately prevent human trafficking and restore survivors. Noel is also the author of The Star Givers to be released this year, which inspires individuals to make generosity a lifestyle and calls on communities to utilize their strengths to use creativity to address social justice issues.
